Rules of Display: I will rarely show professional bodybuilders for 2 reasons. First they are well covered in publications and need no further coverage here. Second and more importantly, most have lost their aesthetics (huge waistlines through drug overuse) that this site suggests is counter to true bodybuilding. Pictures here intentionally cover a wide range of physical development (fitness teens to national amateurs) such that you will be motivated to work to your hardest at your next workout.

Chris Jalali I saw Chris compete at the Amateur Arnold Classic Expo. He has continued to improve and looks great. While he did not take the top honors, he still in my eyes has the look that I would like to achieve. He maintains that small waist that so many have lost by the time they reach this level of competition.
Brandon Curry In 2005 Brandon weighed 186. In 2007, just two years later, he competed at 217 at the age of 24. Destined for the Pro's and on the cover of many of the Muscle Magazines, this guy is going places. I met Brandon briefly at the Arnold Classic Expo. A very nice guy too!
Vladmir Flimel Don't much about this guy from Europe other than he has a great build and is what I want to look like when I jump on my crotch rocket (motorcycle) and put on my leather jacket.
Trey Brewer Quadzilla will describe his legs. Trey is only 21 in these photos and simply huge and ripped. A super heavy weight that I can only explain his rapid achievement by his exceptional genetics. Squat, Squat, Squat y'all!
Tamer El Shahat I just like the structure of this guy. He just seems to have all the muscles in the proper proportion yet is not enormous. I think the word that describes Tamer is aesthetic.
Stan McQuay Well known bodybuilder that always see at the Arnold classic. Stan started in Musclemania and then moved to the NPC competitions. Stan has great legs, chest and back. Not a tall guy but a winner. So height does not keep you from the top. Actually sometimes I think short is an advantage. They seem to have better peaks on their muscle.
Richard Delgado Musclemania competitor that looks great and so does his girl friend. His normal darker complexion is an asset on stage. Tanning is an essential to display those muscles.
Rey Ronquilo Hawaii has produced some good bodybuilders too. Great leg development. Got to push those legs, guys!
Matt Lowden Anther Matt with that defintion and look that shows at the beach. Abs are killers aren't they. At the end of the string of photos, see his improvement about year and half later. Nice job Matt.
Matt Brown Matt is just plain big. Exceptional arms and shoulder.
Mark Dugdale Mark is now a pro but these photos were taken prior to his ascent. He has tremendous size and proportion. I have read his bio on the web. A good guy as well a great bodybuilder.
Mark Alvisi His original claim to fame was at a Musclemania competition. (See orange trunk photos) Since then he has moved to the NPC competition. He has gained remarkable size over the years. Notice the difference and keep your eye on the goal long term.
Loren Wiltgen Musclemania competitor with great balance of muscle and definition.
Kocsis Csaba With those wings I know he can fly. While he has the full structure of muscles, notice the back on this guy. Do they look like a wing span or what. Keep doing those wide grip chins, guys.
John Shamburger Teen National winner a few years ago, John continues to improve. The lesson: Success takes time. Keep training!
Jiri Borkevec On the other end of the age spectrum, young Jiri has made a name for himself in Europe and has recently competed in Musclemania competition in the US. Exceptional Abs and defintion to keep doing those setup and crunches.
Gary Strydom To motivate us older guys, Gary is probably mid 40's in these picture. He has always had an exceptional physique and proves it is just a great years later if you will train like a maniac.
Denis Sergovskiy Is this Arnold Schwarenegger incarnate? Denis took the super heavy at the USA Nationals. His physique, like Arnold, has a massive chest, arms, shoulder, back (should I go on) but a smaller waist. He gets my vote.
Dan Decker- Dan is my good friend. The perfect physique. Reminds me of Bob Paris's in symmetry and proportion. See more pictures and read my interview of Dan.
Christopher Smith Dense, vascular and hard a rock definition.
Brad Castleberry- A young guy moving up in Musclemania. Exceptional chest and arms.
Binais Begovic- Symmetry Proportion, and size. Binais has great Abs and Pecs
Armon Adibi- Inspire to achieve this denseness of muscle.
Anthony Villacci- A Musclemania bodybuilder that has killer Abs and overall great definition.
Alex Shabunya A massive bodybuilder from Europe. He has tremendous size and proportion.
Charles Turner -An amateur bodybuilding and what we should aspire to look like at the beach.
